Seguro Social
Ontem ouvi o Manuel Alegre falar de um seguro social que seria financiado pelo estado a quem não o pudesse pagar...
Assim de repente achei a ideia maravilhosa!
Ter uma seguradora a pagar a alguém por não ter trabalho ou estar de baixa, ao invez de ser o Estado... Isto seria optimo quer para o Estado como para as seguradoras como para os utentes. Desde que os prémios fossem simpáticos ;)
Será que captei bem a ideia? Alguém quer comentar?
